Our Services

Everything Your Agency Website Needs For Success

Custom Agency Website Design

A site that looks like the shop you actually run - not the carrier template every other agent is using - and loads in under a second on a phone.

Local SEO & GEO / AI Search

Rank for “insurance agent near me” in every town you write in, and get named when buyers ask ChatGPT or Google's AI panel.

AI Insurance Assistant

A branded assistant that starts quotes, issues certificates and ID cards, takes first notice of loss and answers billing questions around the clock.

Conversion Rate Optimization

From quote-form length to where the phone number sits, we test what actually turns a visitor into a submitted application.

Line-of-Business Landing Pages

A real page per line - commercial auto, workers' comp, BOP, homeowners, entertainment - each written to rank and to convert.

AMS & CRM Integration

Forms that land in your management system and inbox - not a contact page quietly emailing an address nobody checks.

Recent Work

Agency Websites That Carry Their Weight

Frankel & Associates insurance website homepage

Commercial, entertainment & personal lines · Los Angeles, CA

A 38-year Los Angeles brokerage with commercial, entertainment and personal lines under one roof - rebuilt around a single idea: every routine request should finish on the website.

  • ✓ A branded AI assistant answering 24/7 on every page
  • ✓ Online certificate requests, claims intake and bill pay
  • ✓ Eight industry pages, from film production to nursing
Commercial Coverages agency website homepage

Personal & commercial lines · Daytona Beach, FL

Sixty years in Daytona Beach, two offices, and a homepage that finally says the thing clients care about: somebody picks up the phone.

  • ✓ Separate residential and commercial coverage paths
  • ✓ Taxi, limousine and rideshare pages the carriers' templates don't cover
  • ✓ Click-to-call per office, tracked by location
Fellers insurance agency website homepage

Family agency, personal & business lines · Texas

A family agency that had outgrown a three-page brochure site, rebuilt into something that explains what it actually writes - and asks for the quote.

  • ✓ Line-of-business pages built for local search
  • ✓ Quote form wired straight into the agency's inbox
  • ✓ Mobile-first, because that's where the traffic was
Film production insurance website homepage

Film & production insurance · nationwide

Production insurance moves on a deadline. This one is built for a producer who needs a certificate before the shoot, not after a callback.

  • ✓ Short-term and annual production coverage, side by side
  • ✓ Certificate requests handled in the browser
  • ✓ Built to rank for a narrow, high-value niche

Meet Your AI Assistant

The Assistant That Never Sends Anyone To Voicemail

We install a branded AI assistant on your website, carrying your agency's name and voice rather than ours. It greets the visitor, finds out what they need, and finishes the job or hands it to a licensed producer with the full conversation attached.

  • 1 Guided quotes in about a minute.
It asks the handful of questions a producer would ask, in plain language, and routes the answers to the right desk.
  • 2 Certificates, claims and payments.
The three requests that eat your staff's afternoon, handled in the chat instead of on hold.
  • 3 It captures the lead before it answers.
A phone number up front means a 10pm conversation is still a callable lead at 9am - even if the visitor wanders off.
  • 4 It never gives coverage advice.
Anything touching eligibility, limits or a recommendation goes to a licensed human. That boundary is a setting, not a hope.

How It Works

From Audit To Launch In Four Steps

01

We audit your current site

Speed, mobile, forms, schema, local rankings, and six real prompts to see whether the AI assistants name you. You get the findings with the fix beside each one.

02

You see the redesign, not a deck

We rebuild your homepage for real and send you the link. Judge the work on your own phone, not from a slide.

03

Build, train and migrate

Pages built, every old URL redirected, forms tested against your inbox, the assistant trained on your carriers and lines. No downtime.

04

Rank, answer and report

New town pages every month, prompt testing across the assistants, and one page of plain English showing what produced quotes.

FAQs

Your Questions, Answered

Do you only work with insurance agencies?

Only. Independent agencies, brokerages, MGAs, wholesalers and agency networks. It means we already know what a dec page is, why your carrier appointments matter, and which pages actually produce submitted applications - so none of your first call is spent on insurance basics.

Will our site go down while you build the new one?

No. We build on a staging address, you review it, and DNS switches when you say go - usually a Tuesday morning. Every old URL gets a 301 redirect, so your rankings and your clients' bookmarks survive the move.

Can the AI assistant give coverage advice?

It won't, by design. It completes service tasks - certificates, ID cards, billing dates, claim intake - and collects quote details. Anything touching coverage, eligibility, limits or a recommendation is routed to a licensed producer with the full transcript attached, so the client never repeats themselves.

What is GEO, and is it just SEO with a new name?

Related, different mechanics. SEO gets you into a list of blue links. GEO gets your agency named inside an answer written by ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI panel. Those answers are assembled from structured, quotable content - which most agency sites simply don't have. We fix the structure, write the Q&A content, then test real prompts every month and send you the transcripts.

Who owns the website when we're done?

You do - domain, code, content and analytics. If you ever leave, we hand over a zip file and a one-page handover document. Nothing is locked inside a builder only we can log into.

Where does the chat data live, and will our E&O carrier be happy?

Transcripts live in your account, exportable at any time, and we don't train shared models on them. We'll sign whatever your E&O carrier wants to see, and the assistant's scope - what it may and may not answer - is written down before launch.

We're appointed with a dozen carriers. Can the site show that?

Yes, within whatever display rules each carrier's marketing agreement sets. We check the rules before a logo goes up, and the list stays editable so you can add appointments yourself without calling us.

What do you need from us to start?

Your domain, access to your current host, your carrier list and about thirty minutes. We'll chase your previous web company for logins ourselves - that part is usually the slowest step, and it isn't your job.
