Delete your account
Really is a dating app provided by Yuval Chen, an individual developer based in Israel. You can delete your Really account, and the data linked to it, at any time, with or without the app.
In the app
- Open Really and go to Profile.
- Tap Leave.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away. In app versions before 2.0, you may need to sign in again to confirm.
Without the app
Email support@real-y.io with the subject "Delete my Really account", and tell us the phone number, or the Apple or Google account, that you sign in with. We'll check that the request is yours, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email.
What we delete
- your profile: first name, date of birth, gender, who you're interested in, and photo;
- your region, activity, likes and matches, and your weekly usage counts;
- your Really+ subscription details, including at RevenueCat (this doesn't cancel the subscription);
- your chats, for both sides;
- check-in data from app versions before 2.0;
- your push notification token;
- your sign-in account, including your phone number or your Apple or Google account details.
What we keep, and for how long

We may keep information longer if the law requires it or to handle a legal claim. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
Deleting some data only
You can also delete some data and keep your account: change your details and photo under Profile → Personal Details, unlike someone before you match, or unmatch someone to delete your chat with them. To ask us to delete anything else, email support@real-y.io.
